Nice clean hotel. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. I liked that thefree tram from the airport came from the rental car place right across the street to the hotel. It was super convenient after returning our car to get back here. Also easy to get back to any of the terminals at the airport.

I stayed here for the airport shuttle. I had to be at the airport by 3am, the hotel had an actual shuttle that picks up every 30 mins. Other hotels around here that offered airport shuttle were not actual shuttles, but rather would call an Uber for you to take you to the airport and I didn't like that idea. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy. This will absolutely be where I stay from here on out when I need to stay at a hotel to catch an early morning flight.

Comfy rooms, liked the soap, body wash and shampoo pumps, fridge was important to us, loved proximity to airport, enjoyed the large family-friendly pool

You can get there easily on the Sky train from the airport. The check in clerk was awesome, I think he is called Bradley (with all the airline pins on his jacket). He was so kind and friendly. The room was quiet, comfy and clean. They have a lounge bar with good food till late and the staff are excellent there. The breakfast is great - if you book it in advance you can get an amazing value buffet. The breakfast staff are lovely too. From there it’s easy to get the sky train to the car rental. I would definitely stay there again!

I didnt eat breakfast. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.

Very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant on-site is good and has some original menu (aka house chicken salad with strawberries). The pool area is nice as well for a relaxing time

Breakfast is available in the hotel but not included with the room. I have stayed at this location many times when I am traveling out of sky harbor airport in phoenix. The location is excellent for getting to the airport quickly and their shuttle is most convenient. I always choose to park in their garage and leave my car for whatever time I am gone and the hotel shuttle picks me up Upon my return and brings me back to the facility.

I love the staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix. They were very accommodating and super friendly. The guys at the front desk were very helpful when I asked for directions on how to get around the city and where to find food. They made me feel safe and welcomed. The airport shuttle was readily available. I called the hotel while I was at the baggage claim and when we got out, the shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!

Was a good spot close to the airport for our flight the next day. We weren’t there long so can’t really say much , we didn’t go to the pool or anything. We did catch an Uber to the desert botanical gardens which were only around 5-10 minutes drive away which was convenient and something cool to check out in the late afternoon.

My room was on the 8th floor and I enjoyed a great sunset view as I settled in. It was a quiet spot, as I'd requested, and I had a great sleep. Free parking in the attached garage was a big plus. The made-to-order breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and quite good.
